Blue’s Duncan James is recovering in hospital after a procedure ‘went wrong’ Blue star Duncan James has pulled out of live shows after he was rushed to hospital. The 46-year-old was admitted to hospital yesterday to fix a procedure which ‘went wrong’ a few weeks ago. Alongside bandmates Lee Ryan, Simon Webbe and Antony Costa, Duncan was due to perform at Radio City Hits Live in Liverpool today, but he’s been forced to pull out due to the incident.
Foodies Festival, where Duncan was also supposed to perform, also commented: ‘Oh no @mrduncanjames we’ll miss you loads today! Wishing you a speedy recovery and will see you again soon hopefully.’ Drag queen Cheryl Hole added: ‘Look after yourself and rest up my gorgeous TV Husband! Love you.’ This comes as Blue are getting back on the road with their greatest hits celebration after they shot to fame in 2000 with Rise.
