Police identified the suspect arrested after a deadly shooting in broad daylight near N. Broadway and W. 3rd Avenue Friday
The Denver Police Department said a man was pronounced deceased at the hospital and a woman is in critical condition. One man is in custody, police said.
Shortly after 1 p.m., a witness pointed out the suspect to police. Officers were able to take the man into custody at a nearby wine shop.
