One person is dead and two others are in custody after a Fort Worth police chase Thursday night ended with an officer colliding with two uninvolved cars, the department said.
About 6 p.m., police said officers were using lights and sirens to stop a stolen Dodge Challenger when the driver fled.Officers then used stop sticks to deflate one of the suspect’s tires, according to police, but the suspect continued to drive off.As officers and the suspect passed northbound through the intersection of Rosedale Street and Evans Avenue, the department said an officer in a police Tahoe collided with an uninvolved eastbound car.
