Shoppers have praised a £10 e.l.f. setting spray as a great alternative to the Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Makeup Setting Spray
An American make-up artist has dubbed a £10 setting spray a must have for beauty fans, saying it’s a ‘100 per cent’ alternative for luxury brand Milk Makeup. Britney, also known as Viral Toes on X , shared her thoughts on e.l.f’s Power Grip Dewy Setting Spray.
The setting spray has a bi-phase formula which helps you create a dewy finish. Its formula includes five per cent aloe, plus hyaluronic acid, squalane and green tea seed oil, which bolster the power of both phases for a dewy, long-lasting look. JJ456 wrote: “My entire makeup collection is basically elf, and the best way to ensure your makeup lasts all day is to set your face with the HD powder and this spray before and after your makeup. I love this spray so much.”
However, kaleyadoscope wrote: “Really wanted to love this, but both times I've tried to use it I had issues. I don't know if the one I received is defective, but both times it got in my eye and nowhere else. I use setting sprays regularly and while I appreciate a fine mist I don't think this packaging/nozzle works well.”
