During the early weeks of the pandemic in 2020, with people staying at home and bars and restaurants closed, brick-and-mortar alcohol sales quickly rose by approximately 21 percent and online alcohol sales jumped 234 percent,But things started to change in 2021. That year,that 22 percent of consumers reported that they were drinking less alcohol because of health reasons and change in interests.
Now, we see trending movements such as “Sober October” and “Sober Curious” gaining momentum, and bars and restaurants offering dedicated non-alcoholic and mocktail menus. So we decided to create a guide to some of our favorite places to get a mocktail.We wanted to feature some of our preferred places that have a dedicated mocktail section on the menu with at least three options and that make a conscious effort to create unique non-alcoholic drinks.
