The film “Jennifer’s Body” has amassed a cult-like following in recent years. Led by star Megan Fox, the 2009 movie has become a feminist classic, especially since the #MeToo movement began its rise. The movie features a soundtrack of 2000s alternative rock and emo-pop artists, and admissions is free for students with valid identification. The movie will be shown at 7 p.m. Friday at the Wexner Center for the Arts, 1871 N. High St. Tickets cost $9, or $7 for Wexner members and senior citizens.
” The event also commemorates the 50th anniversary season of the Jazz Arts Group — the parent organization to the orchestra — and 20th anniversary of Stripling joining the ensemble. Tickets cost $37. More than 100 musicians will be on hand for a first-of-its-kind joint concert between the Powell Community Band and the Worthington Civic Band at 7 p.m. Sunday in Village Green Park, 47 Hall St., Powell.
