The hospitals cluster grew to seven, as NSW Health investigates whether those cases were linked to others detected earlier this month at Liverpool Hospital.
“Our hospitals are amongst the safest places in the world to be, so I would encourage the community to still go to hospital if you need to go to hospital.”The boarding house was closed to year 7 to 10 students because a number of boarding staff were placed in isolation which meant there were not enough staff to supervise the facility. Year 11 and 12 remain on site.
“Physical distancing is a priority in our boarding house and we have continued to keep year groups separate,” said principal Maureen Ryan.
