UPDATE: A teenage juvenile has been arrested following a shooting that left one dead, one injured near 19th Ave and Bell Saturday. STORY:
PHOENIX — Police say an 18-year-old man is dead and a woman is hurt after a shooting at a strip mall in north Phoenix Saturday afternoon.
Officers found 18-year-old Miguel Rosas on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds, he was pronounced dead the scene.
