A 2003 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Ester I. Boutwell, 61, of Manistee, Mich., left the roadway and overturned. Boutwell and a passenger in the Chevrolet, Kimberly Barrentine, 31, of Hessel, Mich., were both not using seat belts at the time of the crash, King said.Troopers with ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
