Sources say a 17-year-old boy was shot in the leg. A 16-year-old girl was also shot in the leg, and another 15-year-old girl suffered an ankle injury while running away from the gunfire. Police sources said it appears the three were not the intended targets.
"I saw kids, which I thought were firecrackers. That's it. I thought it was firecrackers," one witness said."I saw a scuffle with the cops and a guy. And, you know, they took him. Then I saw the girl on the gurney." Police said two teen boys ran off, one wearing a black hooded sweater and black pants, the other in a red hooded sweater and grey pants.
