Ford is set to reveal its updated Ranger Raptor later this month, bringing V6 power to the high performance pick-up -
is due to be officially revealed on February 22nd, topping the updated Ranger range in the UK with the same combination of butch looks and high-speed offroading capability as the current model exhibits now.
There is due to be some critical changes to the new model, though, as under the bonnet it’s due to pick up a brand new powertrain, likely ditching the breathless 2-litre twin-turbocharged diesel in favour of a turbocharged 3-litre V6 Ecoboost petrol shared with the US-only. We can safely say this as the two cars have been developed alongside one another, and share the same underlying T7 chassis construction, albeit with some fundamental proportional differences.
