only introduced the GT 4-Door Coupe in 2018 and in mid-2021, it underwent its first facelift although it was very subtle. Fast forward a couple of years and another facelift is in the works and this one could be a little more obvious.
The light blue prototype in question can be seen sporting a black and white camouflage wrap across the front fascia, hiding key design changes like a new bumper, splitter, revised air intakes, and a tweaked grille. While it is difficult to pin down the exact revisions, the headlights of the facelifted AMG GT 4-Door Coupe are tipped to be altered, despite this prototype sporting the same lighting units as the current car.
Beyond the front fascia, we can see that this prototype has a small strip of camouflage on the rear decklid and is sporting a pair of temporary exhausts. The lack of camouflage across the rear fascia suggests that it will go unchanged but it’s certainly possible that this prototype is simply lacking some of the updated parts that will be featured on the production model.
Spy shots snapped by our photographers in December 2022 also revealed that some new elements will be introduced to the interior of the car. These will include the presence of a new rotary dial in place of the touchpad controller.
