The Mercedes-Benz EQA’s base grade has received a range boost and minor equipment updates, resulting in a price increase for the brand’s cheapest electric vehicle. Mercedes-Benz unveiled its updated EQA and EQB siblings in August last year with the subtle changes including a revised black grille and front bumper, plus new tail lights. They’re arriving in showrooms this week.

Drivetrains The Mercedes-Benz EQA 250+ scores a 10Nm torque increase compared to the pre-facelift model, with its electric motor now delivering 140kW of power and 385Nm of torque to the front wheels. The all-wheel drive EQA 350’s 215kW and 520Nm outputs are unchanged, as is its claimed 0-100km/h time of 6.0 seconds. Efficiency While the EQA 350 retains its 66.5kWh battery pack, the EQA 250+ is fitted with a larger 70.
