The overhauled T7-generation Volkswagen Transporter will arrive in Australia during the third quarter of 2025, offering battery electric , plug-in hybrid and internal combustion diesel engine options. Speaking with media at the launch of the updated T-Cross SUV, Volkswagen Australia product and PR communications manager Daniel DeGasperi confirmed the new Transporter will offer a broad range of powertrains, much like the related Ford Transit Custom which has already arrived locally.
