On Jan. 26, Dallas police were called about 5:40 p.m to the 11200 block of Woodmeadow Parkway, near the Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, where they found Toran inside a vehicle. It is unclear if he was shot inside the vehicle.Police said they are still looking to identify additional suspects, but did not specify how many.
