Authorities hope a $250,000 reward can entice anyone in the public with information about a suspicious apartment complex fire that claimed the life of a much-loved 81-year-old man five years ago.
Emergency services were called to unit block on Early Street in Parramatta at about 4am on Monday, June 5, following reports a fire had broken out in the ground floor car park.
