His bail is $250,000, and his attorney could not immediately be reached for comment.
A witness told detectives that they saw a black car slow down before someone inside fired several gunshots, and detectives found video showing a black Chevy with “distinctive” damage to one of its doors, according to an arrest-warrant affidavit. Police used tracking information from the dealership where the car was purchased and information from license plate readers to find the car at a home about 20 minutes from the scene of the shooting, the affidavit says.
