Four people were injured during a shooting in Philadelphia's Tioga-Nicetown section Thursday night.Officials say three men and one woman were wounded, and they were all taken to Temple University Hospital.
Police say the first victim, a 40-year-old man, was shot twice in the leg. The second victim, a 25-year-old man, was shot three times, and a 34-year-old man was shot once in the hand.The woman, 62, was shot once in the chest and is now in critical condition."She lets people sit on her step, she feeds people, she can help you out whenever you need something," said Amir Barr, the woman's neighbor. "Like the mom of the block, they call her Mother Teresa.
"I'm very upset, very upset," he continued. "I have three children, and sometimes I get a little skeptical about letting my son come outside and play on the porch. On the porch, not even on the street, on the porch."There is no word yet on any suspects or arrests at this time. This is the second major shooting to happen in the city on Thursday.
