3rd suspect charged in July shooting death of 16-year-old boy in Montgomery

A 19-year-old was arrest in Montgomery Friday, Oct. 13, 2023, in connection with a July homicide. Kanye McTier, 19, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals Friday night, said Maj. Saba Coleman.whose identity has not been released. All three are charged with reckless murder.
