A 41-year-old Woodland Park man was arrested this week after allegedly sexually assaulting a teenager, authorities announced.
Clarence Kasein Hedgeman is accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office announced in a release Friday. Hedgeman was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and sexual assault by contact Thursday, after police in Wood-Ridge reported the allegations, the office said.
