After the events of Endgame, the Avengers will need a new headquarters when they next appear in the MCU--these are their best options.
Earth's Mightiest Heroes are missing a home base in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As Phase 5 begins, the Avengers still don't have a central headquarters after theirs was destroyed in Thanos's attack during the final act of Avengers: Endgame.
4 The Avengers Could Put Their Headquarters On The Moon Phase 4 had some fun by introducing theories that Steve Rogers had embarked on a mission to the moon after the events of Endgame; however, those theories may not be as far-fetched as they seemed and may hint at a new Avengers base in the MCU.
It is possible that the Avengers have already begun rebuilding Avengers Compound in the MCU. During the final scenes of Endgame, helicopters can be seen in the background of certain shots, removing debris from the wreckage. While it is never explicitly said that the compound is under reconstruction, it would certainly prove the easiest solution to the Avengers' displacement, changing little about their main base in between the Infinity and Multiverse Sagas.
