When one season ends and a new one begins, I often find myself feeling exhausted, a little over-worked and in need of some TLC for both body and mind. As autumn sets in, and we leave summer’s warmth behind, how should we shake up and reinvigorate ourselves? Below, some of my top tips.Being outdoors instantly lifts your mood.

Try and spend at least 30 minutes outdoors a day – and if you’re in an office all day, aim to eat lunch or take a walk outside where possible.Whether you try wild swimming or experiment with hot and cold showers, incorporating hot and cold therapy into your routine can have huge benefits. If you’re showering, do six rounds of alternative hot and cold water, for 30 seconds each time.
