Charges of terroristic threats and simple assault were filed against the Lebanon City man, according to police.
A Lebanon County man swung a sword at two people during an assault on Sept. 8, according to police.
51-year-old Richard Gomez was at a house in the 500 block of Cumberland Street around 11:40 p.m., threatening to kill two people while swinging a sword, Lebanon City police said.Gomez is charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment. He was arraigned the day after the assault and briefly held at the Lebanon County Correctional Facility. Gomez posted a bond on his $10,000 bail on Sept. 11 and was released.
