WANTED: SPREAD THE WORD: $5,000 reward offered for man accused of murdering ex-girlfriend in King of Prussia
The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office issued an arrest warrant for 38-year-old Rafiq Thompson of Philadelphia on Saturday afternoon.
Investigators say the two met and talked briefly before Cornelius went to have dinner inside The Cheesecake Factory restaurant. As Cornelius was pumping gas into her vehicle, police say Thompson exited his vehicle and shot at her multiple times, even as she attempted to run away."This was a chilling murder of a young woman and her unborn child. We will be filing an additional homicide charge against the defendant - Murder of an Unborn Child," said Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele.People at the gas station Saturday said they are shocked."Yeah, I'm shocked, absolutely.
