Two years after Hurricanes Irma and Maria ravaged Puerto Rico, Tara Rodriguez Besosa is still reeling from emotional and physical exhaustion. In the wake of the hurricanes, Besosa didn't waste any time dealing with the loss of her restaurant, a farm-to-table eatery in Puerto Rico. Instead, she knew she had to restore the food supply across the island to make sure this kind of devastation didn't happen again. That meant the arduous task of rebuilding the land.
