The chipmaker briefly became the world’s most valuable company last week, but its shares have since gone backwards.
Nvidia shares have continued to fall, with the AI-focused chipmaker entering correction territory as it extends a sharp recent selloff.
“NVDA and its AI peers were ripe for a correction after their huge run-up,” said Jane Edmondson, head of thematic strategy at TMX VettaFi.
