Director Michael Apted continues his extraordinary documentary series that began charting the lives of a group of British school children at age 7, then revisiting every seven years, to paint a cinematic portrait of their lifetime. Withwhich had its world premiere at the Telluride Film Festival last month and opens November 27 in New York followed by L.A. on December 6, he offers the ninth edition in this highly unusual screen series.
Over six decades, the films have documented the group as they became adults and entered middle age, dealing with everything life has thrown at them in between. Now, as the group reaches retirement age, the film is back to discover what they are doing. Check out the trailer in this exclusive first look above.
