UPDATE: A 73-year-old woman was the only one injured in the Watsonville plane crash, city officials say. She is expected to be OK.
The 73-year-old pilot suffered moderate injuries but is expected to be OK. She was the only one in the aircraft, Watsonville city officials said.
The California Highway Patrol said Buena Vista Drive is closed from Calabasas Road to Freedom Boulevard and are asking residents to avoid the area.Sign up for NBC Bay Area’s Housing Deconstructed newsletter.The 73-year-old pilot sustained moderate injuries but is expected to be okay.
