While broiling, triple-digit temperatures associated with summer heat waves aren’t in the forecast, temperatures in inland valleys are expected to rise into the 80s, reaching as much as 20 degrees above normal on Tuesday and Wednesday, the National Weather Service said. The change in theMonday marks the start of the warm-up with inland temperatures expected to rise into the mid-to-high 70s. Coastal spots are likely to stay in the mid-60s.
"It looks like Tuesday may be the warmest day for North Bay, but Wednesday will also be warm," said Cindy Palmer, a forecaster with the weather service."We're talking mid-80s for the North Bay Tuesday and probably low-to-mid 80s for Wednesday."Top Picks In Shopping
