Two men from Sydney are charged and a depot licence cancelled after authorities raided properties to disrupt an alleged criminal syndicate accused of rorting millions through unpaid duty on imported alcohol.

"[It's] incredibly rare to see a fraud on this scale," he told reporters at a press conference in Melbourne on Thursday morning.
