Small Business Women Australia Founder Amanda Rose says there is “a lot of rhetoric out there” that the gender pay gap is shifting.
It follows new data revealing significant pay disparities between male and female workers in South Australia.
“I think more of this needs to happen, where we’re actually showing what people are getting paid,” Ms Rose said.
