Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says the Opposition has a chance to support the Housing Australia Future fund to lower house prices by increasing supply which is “economics 101”.
“I’m asked about housing and the cost of housing and I say – support the Housing Australia Future Fund that is before this parliament now because – increasing supply of housing has an impact on price, economics 101,” Mr Albanese said during Question Time on Tuesday.
“We have a comprehensive plan on housing, those opposite, like in everything else, just have a plan to say no.”
