Joe Biden has been blasted online after he was caught out relying on a cheat sheet that specified when the President should take his seat and thank participants while speaking at a White House meeting with cabinet members. “Seriously this is the leader of the free world, and he needs cheat sheets to get around the most basic functioning things of even what chair to sit in,” Mr Dean said.
