“The sharp as a tack president who is in no way suffering from dementia or any sort of cognitive decline,” Ms Panahi said.Ms Panahi pointed to a CNN poll which showed that when asked what has Mr Biden done that you approve of, 56 per cent of people had nothing positive to say.“Good lord, the midterms are going to be a barrel of laughs.”
