Assistant Energy Minister Jenny McAllister says the Qatar Airways denial is a “standard decision” made by Transport Minister Catherine King as countries continually approach Australia to seek increased airline access. “Minister King has initiated a broad policy process to examine those questions,” Ms McAllister told Sky News Australia. “It is not one single airline or one single decision that will make the difference for consumers.”
