“When he was asked to clarify what he meant by semi-fascism, he gave a semi-literate response,” Ms Panahi said. Ms Panahi pointed to a grab of Mr Biden being door-stopped by reporters to clarify what he meant by “semi fascism”.“That’s Joe, you’re not going to get much sense out of him,” Ms Panahi said.
