Scottsboro police say a man is facing several child sexual abuse charges following an six-month investigation. Herman Clevy McIntire was arrested Wednesday following a Jackson County grand jury indictment.
Scottsboro police say a man is facing several child sexual abuse charges following an six-month investigation.According to police, McIntire faces charges of first degree rape, first degree sodomy, two counts of sexual abuse and one count of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12.McIntire is being held in the Jackson County Jail on $176,000 bond.
