Henderson was stopped around two miles later when she was forced off the road by another witness to the incident. A Florida sheriff says this woman should never be behind the wheel of a car after she sped from a hit-and-run with the victim on the hood of her car.
The sheriff's office said Henderson then struck the other driver and then fled onto Belle Terre Parkway with the driver hanging onto the hood of her car. Henderson reached an estimated speed of 50 mph, according to the victim. Henderson was stopped around two miles later when she was forced off the road by another witness to the incident.The deputy can be heard asking the victim if they were injured.
