999 crews were called to a Glasgow park after a man collapsed
Organisers of the monthly event confirmed he was now 'recovering' after paramedics 'quickly' got to the scene.A spokesperson for the event said:"Thanks to all who took part in 3k on the Green today, with over 100 entrants.
"Some of you may be aware that one of our runners collapsed shortly after the finishing line. We are pleased to say that he is now recovering in hospital. "We are grateful for the quick thinking and response of many of our participants who assisted at the time together with the Glasgow ambulance and paramedics who were quickly on scene.
