Described as transitional Mediterranean, the 31,000 square-foot home has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, two separate guest suites, a yoga room, an exercise gym, a wine room, an extra prep kitchen and nine heated garages.“This house is grand, but the layout actually makes it really usable,” said Breah Brown, the Dallas real estate agent selling the mansion. “It’s a beautiful home.”
To keep energy bills down, the owners installed 24 HVAC systems that can be turned off and on as needed, Brown said.
