Apple Camping, an"alternative glamping site" in the UK, turned a retired Etihad plane into luxury accomodations. An Airbus A319 was salvaged from a scrap yard in 2018 and refurbished over the course of about a year. Now, the former 160-passenger plane has a kitchen, hot water shower, toilet, and beds to sleep up to four people. You can rent it for £179, or about $220, per night.
