Aussie standup comedian Isaac Butterfield has claimed victory after being taken to the Human Rights Commission in Queensland over a series of jokes about Indigenous Australians.

Aussie comedian Isaac Butterfield has scored a major victory after a series of jokes prompted a complaint to the Queensland Human Rights Commission .

On Monday evening, the popular comedian confirmed the “case had been dropped” and called the outcome a “huge win for comedy”. The comedian maintains the jokes were not designed to"target" Aboriginal people. Picture: Sky News Australia.
