Speaking out for the first time, A.K.'s family has remembered her as a kind person and loving mother, and hopes she is remembered as more than a statistic.

Ms Cole - Manolis claimed it was clear that A.K. was at risk of being murdered based on the standard assessment tool used across Central Australia.
