South Broadway’s brewery row will get a new member when Public Offering Brewing opens its doors this fall

Public Offering, at 1736 South Broadway, is named for founder Cody Higginbottom’s background as an investment banker. It will feature a ten-barrel brewhouse enclosed by floor-to-ceiling windows so that customers can watch the brewing process, along with an indoor pergola, barrel roof, community tables, front and back roll-up garage doors and a 2,000-square-foot back patio.

“The entire concept of the brewery is creating a place where everyone not only feels a connection to the brewery but that they feel like they’re a part of it,” Higginbottom said in a statement, adding that the name also refers to the brewery being a place for the public. “For so many people, beer can be a common bond and the catalyst for conversation and friendship. We just want to take it one step further and make our customers and community feel like our brewery is their brewery,” he added.

Higginbottom, a homebrewer for the past decade, also earned a brewing certificate from Regis University in Denver and did an internship at Station 26 Brewing.
