A man known as “Two Sub Joe” has become Canberra’s can-do contact with Washington’s powerbrokers.
: US congressman Joe Courtney was at his home in Connecticut on an otherwise quiet Monday evening when the call came through from Kevin Rudd.
There’s no doubt Courtney has gone the extra mile when it comes to advancing the partnership between the two nations.
