Mr Devlin, who was 30, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash between Omagh and Ballygawley.
The man who died following a crash between a car and a lorry on the A5 in County Tyrone on Tuesday was Caolan Devlin.The collision happened on the Curr Road, between Omagh and Ballygawley, shortly before 19:20 GMT.
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service received a 999 call at 19:18 GMT and despatched crews to the scene - along with police and firefighters.West Tyrone Sinn Féin MP Órfhlaith Begley described Mr Devlin's death as an "absolute tragedy". Social Democratic and Labour Party assembly member Daniel McCrossan said his sympathies were with Mr Devlin's family and friends.
