Two vehicles were involved in the crash near the Curr Road service station
An update from police say the road is expected to be closed for some time.Police have confirmed both the ambulance service and the the fire service are also in attendance at the scene of the collision.It is understood that the Northern Ireland Air Ambulance has been tasked to the scene of the crash, which took place on the Ballygawley side of the Curr Road service station.The PSNI have released the below statement on a crash on the A5 road near Beragh, Co Tyrone.
"Motorists are advised of a serious two-vehicle road traffic collision on the Curr Road, Beragh. Local diversions are in place at the Moylagh Road," the spokesperson said.
