That said, the one thing he isn’t is Daniel Craig 2.0. The 007 we’ve seen in cinemas for the past decade and a half has been a refined thug – a hired killer working on behalf of Her Majesty’s Secret Service. That is largely down to Craig’s intimidating screen presence – as Bond he carries himself with the air of someone who’d rather throw an enemy agent off a roof than drag them back to HQ and go to the bother of filing their paperwork.Taylor-Johnson exudes a very different energy.
