The ABC has defended two journalists who were called out by Opposition Leader Peter Dutton at separate press conferences.
and questioned the rationale behind categorising the terrorist organisation as such.
During Tuesday’s Senate Estimates, Ms Hanson-Young said the Opposition Leader appeared to"dislike" young female journalists during her questioning of the ABC news director. “I’m aware of the commentary and interest in the robust nature of press conferences, including with the Opposition Leader, I think as we observe in the political realm the nature of questioning can often be robust,” he said.
