Southgate was at Selhurst Park on Monday night, which has got some speculating about a shock Euro 2024 call-up when the 26-man squad is announced on 21 May.
"I don't know if it's the right moment for talking about the Euros, but he will have a fantastic career because, again, he's a very good guy and an extraordinary football player."
